Created by a gym bro for all gym bros. This project started as a way to track and analyze my own gym progress. I have taken everything I have learned about hypertrophy training across my 3.5 years of lifting and put it into this app. At the end of the day, training is simple. Work hard. Stay Consistent. Analyze Progress. I hope that this project inspires many new lifters and advances current ones.
